Is the 'Year Built' field the date a city permit was granted or the year it was 'move-in ready'? Ask the listing realtor - often the date will be the permit granting year - by default - but it should be the year the  occupancy permit was issued  - when the Buyer took possession.   'Substantially Renovated' More than 50% renovated?
