 My Marketing Plan to Sell Your House:
 

  1. Prepare Listing Contract, Service Guarantee & Property Disclosure.
  2. Input Listing onto MLS Board and Internet within 12 hours of listing.
  3. Attach up to 20 high-quality photos to MLS listing immediately when listed.
  4. Ensure that listing appears on realtor.ca, my personnal website, blog and Facebook page, all Royal LePage websites and the IDX.
  5. Place a ‘Just Listed’ sign on your property.
  6. Order Title and Mortgage Verifications.
  7. Notify potential buyers and contact other area realtors.
  8. Place lock box on property and duplicate key for box.
  9. Prepare ‘Just Listed’ flyers.
  10. Prepare full-colour Feature Sheets with photos
  11. Post notice of Open Houses on MLS and realtor.ca.
  12. Hold Public Open House the first Saturday or Sunday as arranged with you.
  13. Hold Royal LePage Realtor Open House for Monday morning tour.
  14. Arrange showings with you and other realtors.
  15. Maintain contact with you regarding showings and feedback.
  16. Pre-qualify buyers.
  17. Present and discuss all offers.
  18. Negotiate the sale to your advantage.
  19. Ensure all contingencies on sales contract are complete.
  20. Prepare all required Amendments and Waivers.
  21. Finalize the Closing.
  22. Ensure the money is in your bank before the keys are handed over.
